Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy for all of our skin care products products. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Our device policy (which are only sold to licensed beauty professionals) is different and this can be viewed on our Professional Beauty site. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. (Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.)

What shipping do you offer?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at 888.492.7297, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET. Shipping is free in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer free returns.

Expedited orders will ship via FedEx and be delivered right to your door! We offer 3-5 day ground shipping, 2-day shipping and 1-day shipping. Speedy shipments are great, but please note that expedited shipments can't be delivered to PO Boxes.
